The moment you are accessing, browsing and/ or placing an order you are agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions set out below. DEFINITIONS

“T&C’s” is a short abbreviation used for Terms & Conditions. “We/us” means I wood Furniture Ltd o/a Kubek Direct; “Website” means the website located at www.kubekdirect.co.uk or any equivalent URL which may replace it; “Product/s” means a product displayed for sale on the website;
“Product Description” means that part of the website where certain terms and conditions in respect of the individual product are provided;
“Users” means the users of the website collectively; “Personal Information” means the details provided by you on registration;
The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

PRODUCT CONTENT

Content which is uploaded on our website is owned by or licensed to us, striving to provide the best possible service. All content uploaded include layouts, renders, product images and product graphics. Product Images displayed on our website can sometime viewed differently depending on environment conditions. Furthermore, images viewed on our website are only indications and might vary with photography, material finish as well as photography. Images are for illustration purposes only.

Any information given out from our website which does not meet your specific requirements are entirely at your own risk. We advise you that all necessary on site measurements and checks are to be taken before placing your order.  

Products or any information which may contain any production errors or inaccuracies, are excluded of any liabilities held in this case.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

The minimum age of 18 is required to solely order from us. You can either order using our online store or by contacting us directly on hello@kubekdirect.com. We will make sure one of our representative will assist you as soon as possible. We will take all reasonable care of your order, in so far as it is in our power to do so. However, we have the right to cancel any purchase made on our website. If this is the case, a full refund will made payable including shipping and taxes.

Should there be any inaccurate information that may be received from us via email confirmation, you must inform us as soon as possible for these to be updated. All information given to us must accurate all times, delays may occur should details that we are not liable for be incorrect.

All prices listed are shown in British GBP (£) and are inclusive of the standard UK VAT rate of 20%.

Payments are accepted from most debit/ credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard & Maestro etc… We also offer payment options which include bank transfer upon request. All debit/ credit card holders are subject to checks by card issuer. If the payment is not authorized by the card issuer, we have the right to cancel your order. If payment is made via bank transfer you are requested to send us a proof of payment.

GENERAL AGREEMENT

The above mentioned T&C’s are produced to help strengthen our relationship between each other. Any changes or amendments made to these T&C’s must be written down, signed and agreed by both parties. In this way, we can avoid any conflicts surrounding your shopping experience with us at Kubek Direct. Unauthorised use of this website may rise to a claim for damages and/ or be a criminal offence.

We reserve the right to change these T&C’s one sided without notifying the customer beforehand. All orders will follow the terms that were applied at the moment of purchase. All changes are immediate unless otherwise specified. The latest terms can always be found on the website. The customers will not necessarily be informed individually of these changes, e.g. via email. The customer needs to always read and accept the terms before any purchase.
