Your request details

When you submit an enquiry or order request, Kubek Direct uses your contact details, delivery details, chosen products and message to respond, confirm availability and delivery, and discuss payment arrangements. Submission does not create a customer account or take a payment.

Requests are stored in a restricted staff system. A notification containing your request is sent to info@kubekdirect.co.uk. Technical providers process the request, store the data, check for automated abuse and deliver email on our behalf.

The request list stores product identifiers and quantities on your device. Your name, contact details and address are not saved in that browser list. Bot protection may process technical browser information. Server-side abuse controls use hashed identifiers.

Contact info@kubekdirect.co.uk to ask about access, correction or deletion of your request details. Do not submit payment card information or sensitive documents in the message.

The business must confirm its retention period, operating details and applicable privacy terms before online requests are enabled. This preview does not accept submissions until that setup is complete.
